Starting a podcast isn’t easy, and we are genuinely grateful for those who have followed us on this journey. This is also for retail jewelers, who often struggle with these issues. 

Kate also offers advice on how a company can invest in their employees with internships and apprenticeships to address the so-called "people problem" and develop much-needed skills in the industry. 

According to her, we must reach out to high schools and communities to find motivated individuals who can become the next generation of skilled workers. She also highlights the importance of offering competitive salaries with clear standards and promoting employees' skills, not just their salesmanship.
