    On this episode, I welcome two guests to discuss this year's Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas. 

    My first interview is with our own Marc Vidal of ACS International. He attended the big show last month and he'll be sharing what stood out to him. 

    And for the 2nd interview, I welcome Kendal Cavalieri, who owns an award-winning residential interior design firm in NY. Kendal was one of the National Kitchen & Bath Association's Thirty Under 30s this year and was awarded at this year's KBIS show.

     La création de votre boîte en 3 clics, ce n’est plus un fantasme ! 


    Ce rêve américain où l’on crée son business en quelques minutes, c’est possible, et c’est ce que propose notre invitée du jour : la start-up Legalstart. 


    Aujourd’hui je reçois l’un de ses fondateurs : Timothée Rambaud. Après avoir fait des études dans la finance, il bosse à New York chez BNP Paribas et à Londres chez Goldman Sach, puis dans le private equity. 


    Rapidement, il se rend compte que monter une boîte est un parcours du combattant, et avec Pierre Aidan, ils décident de créer Legalstart. Nous sommes en 2012. Entre le CFE (Centre de Formation des Entreprises), le greffe, les experts-comptables, les impôts… Créer une boîte est une véritable galère, qui prend du temps et qui coûte cher. 


    Leur mission, simplifier, accélérer, et diminuer les coûts, pour créer et gérer une boîte, en y ajoutant de la tech. Ils vont travailler 2 ans d’arrache-pied pour automatiser et simplifier les démarches en créant un parcours ultra-simple. 


    Nous sommes en 2014, Legalstart est née. La start-up va évoluer de façon incroyable avec une croissance à 3 chiffres chaque année.  


    Legalstart aujourd’hui, c’est plus de 300 000 entrepreneurs accompagnés et 10% de part de marché sur la création d’entreprise.  


    Au fur et à mesure, Legalstart va étoffer son offre, en rajoutant d’autres
    services comme : 

    • la tenue d’assemblée, 
    • les modifications de statuts 
    • la rédaction de contrats 
    • l’assistance juridique, 
    • la comptabilité… 


    Legalstart est devenu le compagnon juridique de l’entreprise : l’incontournable. 


    Au cours de l’épisode, nous élargissons le sujet, à la Legaltech en général, à l’intérêt d’une entreprise de ne pas négliger le juridique, et ce que ça peut coûter si on se trompe.
