This week the Shale Law Podcast reviews a FERC authorization order for a Mountain Valley Pipeline extension project, a move by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit vacating an injunction placed on the Keystone XL pipeline, the Michigan Court of Appeals affirming a summary judgment ruling on Enbridge Energy's Line 5 pipeline, and guidance issued by the BLM for onshore oil and gas operators who want to apply for royalty rate reductions in the wake of COVID-19.
