Make sure that you're prepared with questions that are important to you to learn more about the environment, about the culture, about the people on the program. And I always say interviewing is a lot like dating. Don't settle! So make sure that you're coming prepared with what's important to you. And if you can have that open dialogue and ask those questions, it makes a big difference.”
