I Hate Trump but Trump Got Screwed / Joe Biden is Appeasing Hamas Supporters For Votes — Can This Guy Ruin America Even More? / Update on Assisting Suicide Case / Two Musical Interludes: Velvet Underground & Big Star

In this podcast, Jeff admits that although he is not a Trump fan, it’s simply impossible to ignore the fact that the criminal and civil trials brought against him were done so to prevent his election. None of these cases were serious enough that they needed to be brought. But they were and it wouldn’t be so painful if his opponent was even remotely competent. But Joe Biden has opened the floodgates to millions of illegals including criminals, terrorists and spies — and now we will all pay.

Biden’s foreign policy decisions regarding Israel are now wholly impacted by Hamas supporters in Michigan, a state he feels he can’t afford to lose. So while dozens of Americans were killed and kidnapped by Hamas on October 7, Biden is hell-bent on saving Hamas in order to gain the Muslim terror vote. Claiming that Hamas doesn’t speak for the Palestinian people is also an easily-proven lie.

Two musical interludes today: Lou Reed/The Velvet Underground and Big Star. Two hugely important bands that were ahead of their time. Jeff describes his dinner with Lou Reed as the time of his life. Using the urinal next to Big Star’s Alex Chilton was also a fine moment.

And lastly, Jeff provides a huge update on his Assisting Suicide case in upstate New York.

Judge Kaplan Hates Dumb, Unprepared Lawyers It Seems / Assisted Suicide Client Has High Stakes Bail Hearing / Dems’ Dual Election Strategies: Open Borders and Appeasing Muslim Terror Supporters

Judge Kaplan Hates Dumb, Unprepared Lawyers It Seems / Assisted Suicide Client Has High Stakes Bail Hearing / Dems’ Dual Election Strategies: Open Borders and Appeasing Muslim Terror Supporters

In this new podcast, Jeff describes two court appearances from this past week, one before Trump’s judge from his defamation case and the other the detention hearing for his assisted suicide-charged client; a loss would guarantee his elderly client dying in jail before he even gets to trial.

Otherwise, Jeff points out the Democrats’ dual election strategies, present and future: altering foreign policy to appease Muslim terror supporters in swing states and keeping the borders open to ensure more future Democrat voters, regardless of the havoc each strategy will cause America.

Finally, the second installment of the musical interlude is here and Jeff practically begs to get sued.

Another Trump Trial, Another Comically Bad Trump Lawyer, Another Trump Loss / Musical Interlude / Two New Cases: Assisted Suicide & Terrorists Made to Smell Bad

Another Trump Trial, Another Comically Bad Trump Lawyer, Another Trump Loss / Musical Interlude / Two New Cases: Assisted Suicide & Terrorists Made to Smell Bad

In this new podcast, Jeff patiently breaks down the disastrous handling of Trump’s latest trial: it couldn’t be more obvious that his lawyer had never tried a federal case before. What does that tell us about Trump’s judgment when he hires the dumbest lawyer in America?

A music recommendation. Just listen to it, you’ll thank Jeff later.

And some breaking news about two new cases Jeff was hired on: an assisted suicide case that may result in an 85-year-old doctor dying in prison; and Ivy League terrorists made to smell bad after calling for murder, genocide, and terrorism: they demand arrests.

Far Left Democrats Openly Support Iran Against America — Or Why I’ve Had Enough With Liberals / Saying That Claudine Gay Was a Victim of Racism Is Like Saying Hamas Are Freedom Fighters

In this new episode, Jeff explains how liberals have gone from goofy tree huggers to treasonous conspirators with America’s worst enemies. Now the Houthis, who brought slavery back to Yemen — among other charming progressive ideals — are the darlings of the far left. We must stop this idiocy before we surrender the country to these lunatics.

Jeff also explains that former Harvard president Claudine Gay should be an embarrassment to the Black community, not a fraudulent victim of racism. Pervasive academic fraud and rampant anti-Semitism should quickly require a university president to resign.

Presidents of Ivy League Schools are Too Dumb to Hide Their Jew Hate: the Latest Hypocrisy When it Comes to Jews and Israel / Growing Up in the 70s Wasn’t a Piece of Cake

In this new podcast, Jeff details the massive global hypocrisy in the condemnation of Israel and the calls for a ceasefire in Gaza —  as Hamas slaughters its own people and murders civilian hostages they took on Oct 7. The hypocrisy hit a crescendo last week as the presidents of Harvard, Penn, and MIT somehow couldn’t say that calling for the genocide of Jews is against their schools’ code of conduct. This level of idiocy isn’t surprising as each of the three schools is admitting inferior students and ensuring they graduate with A averages — churning out useless graduates.

On a lighter note, Jeff details what life was like growing up in the 70s. Many parental beatings and the occasional mouth washed out with soap!

The World is On Fire With Injustice: If a Lawyer Only Speaks Out When Paid, What Kind of Advocate Is He? / Some Unlikely Heroes Fight Back

In this podcast, Jeff breaks down the utter insanity of Jew hate which has erupted globally as well as in NYC and throughout American college campuses. And he points out that now is the time to speak up. If you can’t open your mouth now, you may never get another chance. Some students are heeding the call and refusing to be silent. Some strong voices for justice are coming from the most shocking places. Maybe it’s time for you to wake up as well?

A Ceasefire in Gaza Now Means Much More Death Later / Trump Won’t Be in Prison By Election Day / Memories of the Puerto Rican Day Parade: From a New Yorker

In this podcast, Jeff provides an update on the war between Israel and Palestinian terrorists: “humanitarian” terror supporters are rampaging all over America and Europe demanding a ceasefire — even as they call for the genocide of Jews. Has anyone noticed either the hypocrisy of the “protestors” or that somehow we allowed hundreds of thousands of Islamist maniacs into our country after 9/11?

Donald Trump definitely will not be in prison by Election Day. No chance.

And Jeff has very colorful memories of a Puerto Rican Day Parade he was caught in the middle of, and how he, a white lawyer from NJ, survived it.

Lines Are Drawn: The Battle for Civilization Between Radical Islam and the Free World

Lines Are Drawn: The Battle for Civilization Between Radical Islam and the Free World

In this podcast, Jeff discusses the aftermath of last week’s Palestinian massacre in Israel — laid bare are two opposing sides in the battle for civilization: you’re either with Israel against the Islamic terror horde or you are with the terrorists. This is a battle between light and darkness, good and evil.  There is no more grey area. Silence is complicity. Pick your side wisely.

Palestinian Terrorists Again Show the World Why They Are Today’s Nazis — What Israel Should Do Next

Palestinian Terrorists Again Show the World Why They Are Today’s Nazis — What Israel Should Do Next

This weekend saw the worst terror attack ever against Israel by the Palestinian-elected government. Children, women, and the elderly were raped, tortured, kidnapped, and killed. Citizens of multiple countries including the US, Mexico, and Germany were victims. Yet there are no #bringbackourgirls signs being held up by a sad-faced Michelle Obama, and Democrats held rallies for the Palestinian terrorists. Israel goes it alone, again, against the world’s worst Muslim terrorists. Tune in to hear what they should do next.

The One and Only Issue for the Next Election — Illegals Overrunning the Border / Ovidio Guzman, El Chapo’s Son is Extradited to the U.S. / My Germ Phobia: Born at Deli King, Continues at Subway

In this new episode of Beyond the Legal Limit, Jeff explains the only issue that matters in the next election, which affects all the other issues: the invasion at our border. When even the liberal mayor and governor of NYC and NYS agree, it’s time to wake up before it’s too late. Jeff also discusses his client Ovidio Guzman’s extradition to the U.S. and what comes next. Finally, Jeff reveals the origin of his germ phobia, which began with a tub of tuna fish and continues every time he orders a 12-inch sub at Subway.

8 Days, 3 Cases, $11M in Fraud — and 7 Days in Jail / Mayor In Da Club Admits NYC Was Destroyed by His Own Party / MAGA Super Mad / Alina Habooby Strikes Again

This episode explains Jeff’s strategy behind achieving practically three no-jail federal sentencings in eight days — on cases totaling $11 million in fraud.

Jeff also reveals that NYC Mayor Adams finally admits that the Biden administration’s open border policy has destroyed his city. MAGA is mad at Jeff — the voicemail one of them left is priceless — and the Proud Boys actually think Trump will save them. Finally, Trump’s brainless mouthpiece strikes again.

Many More Trump Indictments: He May Be Guilty of Some or All — But Should His Opponent Be Permitted to Defeat Him and 80 Million Americans Without Defeating Him at the Ballot Box? Why Is He Running When He Knows He Can’t Win?

Many More Trump Indictments: He May Be Guilty of Some or All — But Should His Opponent Be Permitted to Defeat Him and 80 Million Americans Without Defeating Him at the Ballot Box? Why Is He Running When He Knows He Can’t Win?

In this hotly anticipated new podcast, Jeff finally gets off his ass and catches up on the new Trump Indictments. However, this podcast isn't an analysis of the evidence. Instead, the issues discussed include:

    1. Should the party in power get to eliminate its opponent without an election?
    2. Why would Trump insist upon running when he knows he can't win, and how his loss will ensure a liberal sweep of the Senate, House, and probably Supreme Court?

As explained by Jeff, the answer can be found in pillow sales and weekly boob jobs: $$$.

The Baseball Card Show Got Me Thinking About Parenting / Hunter Biden Had a Bad Father / Now Trump is Stealing From His Supporters — and Nobody Cares

In this new podcast, Jeff talks about taking his sons to the National, the big baseball card show in Chicago, and reflects on how parenting impacts children. That segues into Hunter Biden’s latest debacle, his temporarily failed plea agreement. Somehow at age 53, Hunter is still a mess and has only his father to blame for setting a bad example.

Donald Trump is spending all of his campaign donations on legal bills — and somehow his victims/supporters don’t mind footing the bill. Can he get any lower? Stay tuned.

And as Jeff describes this year’s National card show, he feels less snarky as he sees the hint of interest in his sons.

Of Course It’s Hunter Biden’s Cocaine and a Bevy of Biden Lies / Pinpointing When Society Jumped the Shark and Why Do Lawyers Lie When They Know They’ll Get Caught?

Of Course It’s Hunter Biden’s Cocaine and a Bevy of Biden Lies / Pinpointing When Society Jumped the Shark and Why Do Lawyers Lie When They Know They’ll Get Caught?

In this episode, Jeff points out the obvious answer to the world’s most obvious whodunit: yes, it’s Hunter Biden’s cocaine and yes, this is like the tenth time he’s lied about his cocaine use. Why does the Biden administration have to lie to us? And why is a crackhead sex addict living in the White House?

In other obvious news, Jeff points out when society fell apart: the advent of social media. Jeff aches for the old days when lawyers actually worked hard at their craft instead of lying about their accomplishments on the internet in order to fool their victims into hiring them. Jeff finds some whopper lies online and they’re too close to home.

Sick of Trump’s Dopey Lawyers, Sick of Hunter & Joe Biden Getting Away With Crimes — Let’s Talk About Baseball Cards and the Meaning of Life

In this podcast, Jeff announces he can’t bear to spend another minute discussing the stupidity of Trump and his lawyers or the crimes gotten away with by Hunter and Joe Biden. Instead, he wants to discuss his first love: his 53-year love affair with baseball card collecting and what it teaches us about life.

Trump’s Florida Indictment: Incredibly His Lawyers are the Main Witnesses Against Him / An Ugly Case in the News and Why I’m Handling It

In this new podcast, Jeff breaks down Donald Trump’s Florida indictment for mishandling confidential documents and explains why his inability to hire competent professionals may cost him his freedom this time, instead of just constantly harming the country as it did during his single term in office.  When his lawyers aren’t running to the press crying with their complaints, they’re creating the worst evidence against him.  Such an incompetent handling of an investigation is truly unprecedented and in Trump’s case, unprecedented too. The gory details are all here, along with Joe Biden getting a pass from his latest idiocy, all because Trump is providing a wonderful distraction.

In other news, Jeff’s Memorial Day weekend Night Court appearance is revealed to be a case all over the news last week, an incredibly ugly case that naturally has triggered an avalanche of hate mail. Jeff explains why he took the case and why he doesn’t care if it bothers you.

Brutal Memorial Day Weekend Ends in Night Court at Midnight / DeSantis Finally Enters the Race; Trump Loses What’s Left of His Mind

In this podcast, Jeff describes a rough Memorial Day weekend filled with prison visits and a midnight night court appearance – but still not as bad as those who paid the ultimate sacrifice defending our country. And Ron DeSantis has finally announced his candidacy for President only to be met with a whirlwind of madness from Donald Trump who took some time off from golfing to insult DeSantis.

Daniel Penny is Charged With Manslaughter, Even as His Fellow Passengers Thanked Him For His Heroism / Final Thoughts on the Trump Verdict: Obliteration and No Issues On Appeal

Daniel Penny is Charged With Manslaughter, Even as His Fellow Passengers Thanked Him For His Heroism / Final Thoughts on the Trump Verdict: Obliteration and No Issues On Appeal

Jeff discusses the Daniel Penny/Jordan Neely subway murder case in further depth now that the Manhattan DA has charged Penny with manslaughter. Despite Neely’s family attorney claiming that the proper course of action in dealing with a raving, violent, deranged lunatic on the subway is to ask him “How can I help you? Let me meet your need,” the first rule of subway is: do not lock eyes with this person, do not try to engage him. Incredibly, Daniel Penny risked his life to protect his fellow passengers and the passengers thanked him afterward. Do you think a jury will convict Penny after hearing from the very people whose lives were threatened by Neely that day?

And Donald Trump was quickly found liable at the end of his sex trial and yet Trump claims another “victory”: he’s just a sexual abuser and a liar, not a rapist. The pretzels Trump and his legal team turned themselves into in order to claim a win here are akin to his fantasy wins in the 2020 election, the 2022 midterm elections, and the civil trial his company lost last year: all Ls. While Trump was celebrating all of these wins, Ron DeSanctimonius was raising money for Daniel Penny.

The Jordan Neely Subway Killing – But Was a Crime Committed? / Ed Sheeran Copyright Case: Not Every Lawyer Knows the Rules of Evidence / The Trump Civil Case Was a Case I Thought Couldn’t Be Lost

In this new episode, Jeff breaks down what occurred on the subway as Jordan Neely was killed.  Any way you look at it, no matter how emotionally invested you are in the case, the Marine who intervened when a violent, crazy homeless person began accosting passengers did not commit a crime. Jeff also looks at the Ed Sheeran copyright infringement case brought by the family of the “Let’s Get it On” writer.  Not only do the two songs sound almost nothing alike, but somehow the plaintiff’s lawyer doesn’t know the Rules of Evidence. Naturally, the case ended in an epic disaster for the plaintiff. Finally, Jeff discusses the Trump civil rape trial, a case Jeff felt it was impossible for Trump to lose with almost no evidence and a wacky accuser. Unfortunately, the combination of Trump and a judge who is slapping around his lawyer is adding up to an impending loss.

A Case I Was Born to Defend: The Plot to Kidnap Iranian Dissident Masih Alinejad – The Sentencing and an Awkward Introduction / The Trump Indictment is Laughable – But He’s Still Not Winning in ‘24 / The Trans Community is Really Pissed

In this podcast, Jeff runs through the Trump indictment: in 33 years of practice in NYC he’s never seen such a dopey one.  That being said, while he expects Trump’s popularity with his base to galvanize, Jeff predicts Trump’s chances of winning the next election to be zero, as he’s simply too toxic for independents.

Finally, Jeff describes a case that he first saw in the press and hoped he would get – and did.  The sentencing of the Iranian woman who unwittingly found herself in the middle of the plot to kidnap Iranian dissident Masih Alinejad occurred on April 7. Jeff pushed his way through a sea of Masih’s supporters and introduced himself to her, the purported victim of his client who was there to give a statement at sentencing. Jeff’s career has some interesting days, and this was one of them.
