    59. The Language of Leadership: Chanelling the power of confidence

In our Language of Leadership podcast series, we explore the lessons business can take from sport when it comes to leadership. We have analysed the language used by elite individuals in sports and business, and developed six lessons for business leaders to take from sports leaders. In this series, we'll be discussing one lesson per episode with a leading figure in sport. This episode discusses 'channelling the power of confidence' and how sports leaders see confidence management as pivotal to success. Broadcaster, Ayo Akinwolere, along with sports performance psychologist, Charlie Unwin, meet Paul McVeigh, a former Premier League and International football player. He shares how this has shaped and influenced his own experience and offers hints and tips for business leaders to take the lessons forward.
