Questions I've been asked about poses over the past decade

Questions I've been asked about poses over the past decade

I’m back with a solo episode answering the most commonly asked asana questions over the past (almost) a decade of teaching yoga.

While most of you know me through my guest interviews, I actually teach a lot of asana at my yoga studio. It’s not every day that you see an Indian immigrant yoga teacher talking about the physical practice of yoga, is it? Somehow that’s often been left to my white counterparts…many of whom are brilliant at what they do. But I did this episode as I know there are so many teachers out there who would have gotten the same questions as I have over the years.
