Marijke Leys is psychotherapeute, heeft een eigen groepspraktijk en richtte in 2006 het Voice Dialogue Instituut op. Ze geef niet alleen sessies met de Voice Dialoguemethodiek, maar leidt ook nieuwe begeleiders op en geeft er lezingen over. Daarnaast heeft ze twee boeken over Voice Dialogue geschreven waarin ze expliciet de link legt met kwetsbaarheid. Een gesprek drong zich als vanzelf op.
