He currently holds the General Manager position at the Buergenstock Resort in Lucerne, one of the hottest recent openings in Switzerland (with a kick-ass view of the Vierwaldstättersee and the Alps!!) and already a multi-award winning property. Robert told us all about running the multi-facet property during a global pandemic and why he is hopeful that the return to normality might not be too far away.
