Mark comes from a 3 generational entrepreneurial background of tradesman with businesses, his father had a successful plumbing business with 15 employees, well-known across Geelong doing large projects like the Geelong Football Club, St John Of God Hospital.

Mark is an incredibly well respected and successful businessman in his own right owning and operating his successful business "Little Constructions"

Mark talks about the not-so-taboo benefits of kids nowadays finishing school early to go into a career they are passionate about in the building industry. With the potential for young tradies to earn more than doctors and Accountants. 

Mark also shares some insights as to what it was like being the president of the Master Builders Association during Covid and receiving death threats for tradies being shut down.
