Matt hails from Miami and has been a managing operator for establishments, including Fool's Gold, Sweetwater Social, and Grand Banks, where he led the team to its most successful season ever. Matt's adorable Ewokian dog Sally, who his bar is named after, joins us in our HRN studio too.
