Carol Platt Liebau: Something Big Is Happening

Carol Platt Liebau: Something Big Is Happening

You see it in the polling. You feel in your pocketbook. And you sense it in your community.

    Something big is happening.

It’s not your average midterm. Oregon could elect a Republican governor for the first time in 40 years! New York and California Democrats are suddenly in competitive races.

No one thought Texas Republican Mayra Flores—running in a special election to represent a deep blue district—would be competitive.
Biden carried the district by 16 points! But she won and could win again—hastening the movement of Hispanics toward the Republicans.

The other woman to watch is the mama bear—perhaps in your home and certainly in your community.

Suburban mothers are done with the radical agenda being forced on their kids…

We could be on the cusp of a realignment election.

Don’t just sit back and watch. Make sure your vote—and the vote of all eligible voters in your household—is part of the final tally.

S6 E5: Miss Texas America vs. Mayra Flores - Who Is The New America?

S6 E5: Miss Texas America vs. Mayra Flores - Who Is The New America?

Averie Bishop, 25, is the first Asian American to wear the Miss Texas America crown. She plans to use her new platform to promote diversity and inclusion. Mayra Flores, at around the same time, won a congressional seat to represent Texas's Rio Grande Valley. Ms. Flores, a 36-year-old Mexican-born American, is the first Republican Latina to represent Texas in Congress. Both are taking center stage at a time when Texas is experiencing dramatic demographic shifts. Which woman will be the new face of Texas - and, perhaps, of America? Will Ms. Bishop's quest to promote diversity and inclusion win the day? Or will Ms. Flores represent an influx of minority voters who head to the voting booths and vote Republican?

6/16/22-Jan. 6th Committee Objective; Border Districts Go Red?; Senate Gun Deal; USA Today's LIES...

Last week we discussed the nothing burger that the January 6th committee is. But what is the real agenda? And much do Americans care?

Mayra Flores wins the congressional special election in Texas' 34th district. A boarder district. And she is a Mexican immigrant and a REPUBLICAN. It's interesting to say the least.

Ten Democrats and Ten Republicans reach a tentative, bi-partisan agreement for a bill on gun legislation. It's not a done deal and it's got a long way to go. But is it good or bad?

How Woke Is Too Woke?: Perpetuating the "School to Prison Pipeline" because children use the "wrong" words.

The USA Today admits it's lies and actually does the right thing. Will others follow suit?
