    More about your host:

Alicia is a mumma of four. She has been a lawyer since 2001 and has transformed from being an exhausted perfectionist workaholic to now living a life of delicious chaos, juggling mum life alongside her own legal business and her spiritual wellness business.

In March 2012, while hanging out the washing, Alicia started to spontaneously channel one of her Spirit Guides, an Ascended Master called Goenga who spoke to her using her own voice (like Whoopi Goldberg in the movie, Ghost). This was the start of her channeling journey.

Six years later, Alicia pushed through her massive fear about what people would think and honoured her calling. She came out of the ‘spiritual closet’ and shared with her friends and family that she is a Channeler. She now channels a team of guides and angels and has founded the Global Soul Centre.

Alicia loves to help people to thrive, enjoy life more and reconnect with their soul and remember who they really are - eternal pure love and magnificent light beings.

Alicia has written a book called, PURE ENERGY - The Busy Women’s Energy Guide to Thrive. She has a passion to help humans understand themselves as energetic beings.

Alicia lives with her family in the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria, Australia.

Conflict and Confidence with Emma Jenkings

Conflict and Confidence with Emma Jenkings

In this episode of the confidence conversations podcast I chat to Emma Jenkings and I'll let her tell you more about what she does but her bio is also below.

This is a great conversation around conflict and its relationship with confidence my objectives for this conversation where to understand as Emma puts it how to argue well for me it's about how to argue well with confidence.

We talk about what mediation is and what it's not, about the language we use in relation to conflict and how talking about it differently makes it feel different.

Emma has some amazing tips about how to face into conflict with confidence and also what happens when you don't face into conflict because of a lack of confidence.

We all face conflict from time to time and there's so much information in this podcast but I really encourage you to listen to the full version to find out more.

    Feeling Out Feeling Words—with Nathan

    Feeling Out Feeling Words—with Nathan

What do a water bottle, text books, and hundreds of feeling words have in common?

They were all in Nathan Stearman’s backpack for years!

On this STS episode, I chat with Microbiologist Nathan Stearman about his feelings. (Oh, did I mention Nathan is my husband? 😉)

Nathan shares his experience with shame as it pertains to being a man in a society that hyper focuses on men not feeling.

He shares with us how to recognize what we’re feeling, the importance of allowing feelings to come and go, and normalizing the full range of emotions.
