How do we change culture?
Culture is the water we swim in every day. It is ubiquitous. It is powerful and is also hard to wrap your arms around. So how do we change something as big as an ocean? This is a question that keeps coming up for me and in this podcast I share this article and my interpretation of it to help with culture.
