We can all do our little part to make this earth a more peaceful planet. Sit for a few minutes and allow your breath to blanket our earth in peace.

    The first is a grounding technique where we'll focus on bringing awareness to your space and the things around you.

    The second is a breathing technique called 4-7-8 breathing that has been scientifically proven to help soothe the nervous system.

    Being afraid to fail is unnecessary. Failure is what helps us to learn better, create something better, and learn how to do something better the next time. It is so important for our children to understand that failure is part of life and helps us evolve and do things differently. More importantly, everyone fails! No one is perfect and everyone fails in their life many times. It is just one of the many things that helps us to become a better version of ourselves. 

    Mindfulness is an important theme in 'The Paper Girls Show'. Together with "Making" and "Mistakes", they create the "3 M's of The Paper Girls Show", which serve as the series' pillars. "Make things Mindfully – don't sweat your Mistakes", as our mantra goes!
