Kia ora fam, honoured and happy to announce Episode Nine! In this episode, I am joined by the lovely Albert, who is also known as LB. LB is someone I've wanted on the poddy to chat for a while now & it seemed only right to chuck him in during MOVEMBER! LB joins me to discuss artistry & music, taking off in the music scene, being a Polynesian in New Zealand and learning to be vulnerable and open on his mental health journey!! Just like last week we also touch on the values of using therapy & looking at Mental Health from a male perspective.  LB is one of the coolest dudes and I feel blessed to have him and a friend and very lucky for him to share his inspirational journey in all things life. Definitely a good listen.

Kia ora fam! I'm joined for this episode by a newfound friend of mine, Nell Caughley. Nell and I have some truly insightful discussions about what it's like to be gay in today's society. We talk all about the LGBTQ+ community, queer safety and the reasons behind "coming out" (tbh there are no real reasons...).  Again it's just another honest, wholesome chat with a wholesome little lady, about a topic we should all be more educated on!! Thanks to Nell again for being so open and insightful with her personal experiences - we love you. *Just a heads up, Nell and I had a discussion about correct terminology and the terminology she preferred - so all language and terms I use have been approved prior to this. Please be aware I am still learning too and have a lot more personal growth and education currently happening.

D plays Will Ilolahia in the TVNZ series 'The Panthers', which if you haven't watched yet - you need to get onto to educate yourself.
