Part of having solid foundations and supportive structures in place is having a workspace that is setup for success.
When I work with my clients, whether it's in person or over Zoom, one thing I always notice is that their office and desk is quite the mess. Now I am not saying you need to strive for an Instagram worthy office space and desk - those photos are staged, nobody works like this.
But what I am saying is, your office and desk needs to be set up in a way that you can work effortlessly, that everything is in it's place, no searching required, you are set up for success.
