The church began with 120 people praying. Not long after 3,000 people were saved and most likely divided by language, into 16 smaller gatherings of less than 200 people each. Still today 80% of churches average less than 200 people. Maybe it’s time to re-embrace leading small churches and leading them well.

Growth barriers can be the result of several factors, among them may be losing momentum, making poor staff choices, not having sustainable systems, and preaching that does not connect. The last 2 years we have experienced 40% growth. There is not one factor that made that possible. Internal changes was rewarded with exponential growth.
