In this episode I speak with two prior Florida police officers and a former Navy SEAL. The Florida cops are Logan and Cathi Long. Logan was involved in a shooting and went through a slew of mental health issues that he felt his department failed him on. Together, his wife Cathi and him helped become a part of Mental Health For Heroes. You will hear them talk about their journey along with the assistance of Navy SEAL Kory Knowles.
