Josue and Chase sit down and discuss Josue’s recent trip to New York City. Josue shares what was on the agenda for this scouting trip with First Colleyville, the purpose of the trip, his thoughts on NYC lifestyle/culture, and the personal benefit of just getting out and traveling again.

We discuss relational vs. transactional ministry, partnering with locals on service trips, what to have in a scouting trip, the tendency to go through the motions at home, what people could lose if they don’t go back to traveling after the pandemic, and their thoughts on what travel habits will look like in the future. We also take a moment to remember the late, great Kobe Bryant.
