Well I think this title speaks for itself. But seriously though, let's talk about Bruno and the entire Madrigal family, because Encanto is a smash hit and it's been stuck in my head since November.

Encanto è un film del 2021, diretto da Jared Bush e Byron Howard, e prodotto da Walt Disney Animation Studios.

Lontano dal mondo ed immerso nella natura, in Colombia si trova un villaggio magico dove la connessione tra la natura e le persone è speciale, un Encanto. La famiglia Madrigal protegge ed aiuta il villaggio ed i suoi abitanti, grazie ai membri della sua famiglia, da generazioni dotati di straordinari poteri con cui assicurano il benessere di tutti. Tranne Mirabel, l'unica Madrigal a non possedere alcun potere, se non quello di avere una grande forza di volontà nel voler aiutare gli altri. Tutto cambia però quando la magia dei Madrigal sembra iniziare a vacillare.

Sessantesimo Classico Disney, Encanto racconta e mostra le bellezze della cultura Colombiana, grazie ad un livello di produzione altissimo tipico dello studio di animazione. Nulla è lasciato al caso, dalle grandi architetture, ai coloratissimi vestiti, fino ai più piccoli fiori tipici della regione. Se visivamente il film non ha niente da invidiare ad altri in quanto a qualità, la scrittura risulta molto classica ed inquadrata, senza che ci siano eccellenze che dai registi di Bolt, Rapunzel e Zootropolis ci saremmo aspettati.
