17: An interview with missionary priest Father Joseph Healey, M.M.

Join Bishop Kevin Sweeney and Communications Director Jai Agnish for episode 17 of Beyond The Beacon, a podcast of the Diocese of Paterson, N.J.  They invite Father Joseph Healey, M.M., to the show. Father Joe is a missionary priest with the Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers, the Catholic Foreign Mission Society of America. He served in Africa for the past 55 years and is a journalist, author, and teacher. He currently has a full-time internet ministry and facilitates small Christian communities through Zoom and Skype. He has taught and written extensively about small Christian communities – an important part of his ministry. Father Joe is one of eight missionaries sponsored by the Diocese of Paterson through the Diocesan Mission Office. He recently relocated from Africa and lives in the New Vernon neighborhood of Harding Township. He assists at the Church of Christ the King there. And he is, for the record, a Baltimore Orioles fan.
