En 1999, en Mix FM, La Mezcla Musical Perfecta, decidimos dedicar el último viernes de los últimos 4 meses del año a las últimas 4 décadas: los 60, 70, 80 y 90. Así sonó nuestro maratón en noviembre. Las voces con quienes tuve el gusto de compartir esos micrófonos son de Veronika Kalloi, Iñaki Manero y Carlos Phillips.

Spending his early years in Cape Town, he moved to London, followed by Lisbon, before finally settling in Berlin. He has also reated his Bodycode alias - somewhere between the beats for the body and melody for the soul - layering tech-funk with wisps of melody, heady effects, and a liberal wash of otherworldly vocal samples. A successful DJ and producer, co-owner of the irrepressible Soweso record label with fellow Dutchman Lauhaus, and constantly striving for the highest level of quality throughout everything he does; Liron van Daalen aka Kabale und Liebe rises up to become one of Holland's most exciting and reputable electronic music artists. He tours and plays relentlessly while constently releasing on labels such as Remote area, Souvenir Plus and Rejected. A return to spinning vinyl has helped to inject a healthy dose of dynamism back into his sets, some of his old tricks have been brought back into play, reinforcing his love for the craft. On the same note, and building up to the Amsterdam Dance Event in a few weeks, we enjoy this exclusive, vinyl-only set by the man himself.

Firmly Berlin-based, he started his career performing live - with Rampa - then moved into DJing; his prolific release schedule continues unabated with solid tracks and remixes on Mobilee, Cocoon, Souvenir and Keinemusik with plenty more to come in the pipeline! With a big ambition and a small ego (The way we like it!), he is an accomplished sound engineer, music producer, live set performer and DJ... so expect some serious ear godness here!

For instalment #337, Ronin & Nesta invite the notorious Unleash London residents Daylomar to the show: Daylomar have steadily grown to become one of London’s most exciting DJ duos through their residency at the notorious Unleash parties in London, having performed alongside a roster of inspiring artists, including Derrick May, Martin Buttrich and Lee Burridge to name a few. With scheduled releases with several underground labels, 2013 is set to be their defining year.

Building up nicely and smoothly for Barcelona in a few weeks, Ronin & Nesta invite German born and Barcelona based DJ/Producer Andre Buljat to the show: influenced from Detroit's atmospherics, Berlin's clinical precision and Chicago's raw energy, Andre carved himself a solid reputation inviting DJs from all 4 corners of the world to his club nights and releasing dancefloor fillers on labels such as time has changed, microzoo and Indigo Raw to name a few.. Always moving forward, he is poised to release more of his unique House and Techno sounds on wax soon, ever refining his style and always looking to take things to the next level. Enjoy!

Having only started cutting his teeth in the production world since 2008, Paul Loraine has had a spectacular string of releases on some of the most renowned labels in the business, with his work finding its way on to an array of underground electronic imprints like Vitalik, Akbal, My Favorite Robot, 1Trax and Indigo Raw. It’s easy to see why Paul’s turning heads world-­wide and is a firm favorite within the scene with his natural affinity for house music.
