mother's day sucks

Mother's Day is supposed to be a beautiful day of honoring and celebrating the mother's through whom all other humans come into this life.

It can be beautiful and it can super suck.  
It can be a celebration of love and it can highlight what you do not have. 

I've lived away from my mom, I've lost my mom, I've been a step mom, I am a mom, I am a single mom, I am a motherless mom.  

I've cried, felt sad, disappointed, angry, resentful, and envious. 
This year, I chose peace.
