Park talks with Stephanie Eatherly, Founder and President of Nashville Industry Fund, who shares some of her personal background as a musician and artist and a real estate professional who saw firsthand the need to help musicians and service industry professionals with the process of purchasing their first home. Nashville Industry Fund aims to keep Nashville Music City by providing a pathway to homeownership to individuals in the creative, music and hospitality industries.
