Ep24 Matthew Benjamin (AKA Bushwacka): Normalising Daily Struggles

In this podcast we interview Matthew Benjamin (also known in the music world as Bushwacka). Matthew is a DJ, producer, recording artist and performer. We discuss Matthews personal life changing journey from addiction to finding personal acceptance, compassion, forgiveness and recovery.

Recently trained as a psychotherapist, Matthew set up his therapy business with his wife Belinda Matwali, spiritual meditation and inner work mentor and guide (interviewed in Episode 18). In this podcast, Matthew shares how he uses his love for music to help the people he works with to help them find personal acceptance, compassion and forgiveness. He discusses his latest venture Audio Intentions, using binaural beats and positive affirmations to turn self-limiting beliefs into positive and liberating ones and the importance of music in creating the right state for learning and growth.

Tiny Astonishments: I Hurt Too | KJ Nasrul

Hi, friends, it's me, KJ.  While I haven't  spoken much these days, I am here, though my grief is vast.  I am grateful to these three exquisite poetesses (Rupi Kaur, Morgan Harper Nichols and Katie Herzig) who do have the perfect words to express what I cannot at this time.
Stay but a few moments if you would;  there are poems to be read, and a song to sing.
    With Love, KJ

Plus, Leigh’s WTF moment of the week was when she realised her toddler’s teeth aren’t growing in the right order… Did you even know that was a thing?!
