In the second segment, a quintet of current and former Zuni Cafe chefs (Nate Norris, Quang Nguyen, Gail Pirie, John Clark, and Brandon Jew) discuss the legacy of the late Judy Rodgers, one of the most influential figures in contemporary American cuisine.
