Im National Press Club in Washington DC wird vom 29. April bis 3. Mai 2013 eine Anhörung der „Bürgerinitiative zur Offenlegung der außerirdischen Präsenz“ stattfinden. Auf dieser Veranstaltung wird eine Gruppe von über 40 UFO-Forschern und Militärangehörigen vor ehemaligen Mitgliedern des US-Repräsentantenhauses und des Senats aussagen. Das Motto dieser bislang einzigartigen Veranstaltung lautet: „Wenn der Kongress nicht seine Arbeit macht, werden dies die Leute tun.“
Der mittlerweile 82jährige NASA-Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, der 1971 als sechster Mensch auf dem Mond spazierte, fordert als internationaler Sprecher dieser Bürgeranhörung: „Es ist Zeit, das Wahrheits-Embargo über die außerirdische Präsenz auf der Erde zu beenden!“
Die Veranstaltung wird per Live-Stream in 5 Sprachen übertragen. Und die wichtigsten Inhalte dieses Kongresses werden im Herbst als Dokumentarfilm weltweit in die Kino`s kommen.

„Cobra“ sagt von sich, dass er einen plejadischen Ursprung hat und auch seine Informationen von dort bezieht. Gleichzeitig ist er auf der Erde mit der so genannten Widerstandsbewegung in Verbindung und kommuniziert über seinen Blog „2012 Portal“ sowohl mit der Öffentlichkeit als auch in kodierter Form mit den anderen Mitgliedern der Widerstandsbewegung.
Der Name Cobra ist aus „Compression Breakthrough“ entstanden, wobei sich „Kompression“ auf das Einschließen der Dunkelkräfte bezieht, die einerseits von den außerirdischen Lichtkräften und andererseits aus Innererde unter einen ständig zunehmenden Druck gesetzt werden, bis eines Tages die Lichtkräfte von oben und unten die Zone der Dunkelheit an der Oberfläche der Erde durchbrechen. Dieses Ereignis wird schlicht „Ereignis“ genannt.
