    ”If you’re somebody who is really solid on diet and you’ve been gluten, dairy, and soy free for 6 months - 8 months - and you’ve given it the good amount of time that healing takes, and you’re still not where you need to go, then that tells us we need to look deeper. We need to look deeper at what else is causing that inflammation.”

    ”We want to get a really good snapshot of what’s happening in the body…because in order for you to see what’s really going on and for you to move the needle, we need to have some answers as to what’s happening in the body, so the testing will allow us to do that for you.”

    ”If you think about this bigger picture, when you go through a healing process and your children and your family are doing so much better and you’re feeling good, we just don’t ever want to see you go backward. Let’s just keep moving forward, and keep that inflammation down as much as possible.”

    ”Technology… is created  to be addicting, and it is created to be over-stimulating, and that’s a lot for a little brain to handle.“

    ”Sleep is so important. That’s when we’re growing, that’s when we’re detoxing, that’s when we’re shifting and our minds and our brains are getting bigger, so it’s super important that sleep is well-balanced.”
