Dr. John LaNear, Provost and Chief Academic Officer of Northcentral University reviews the types of decisions senior leaders are faced with making in emergency situations and offers insight on how best to deliver those messages to employees in a virtual environment. Dr. LaNear also gives listeners an in-depth look at how to execute an emergency communications plan in times of stress and uncertainty.
