The unpacking of this profound Biblical theology has led to some of humanity’s most worthy accomplishments in the Name of Christ: the abolition of slavery, the creation of hospitals and orphanages, and so much more. It is even now the very reason why our generation is on the frontline of the fight against our day’s most pervasive evils.
Because I am free, and especially because I am free in Christ, I am called to be a bond-slave in Christ to my brothers and sisters who are oppressed today. Our generation has the unique privilege to move countless to freedom, because we are all shades of red.
