    Scarcity vs. Abundance Mindset

    Scarcity vs. Abundance Mindset

Have you wanted to achieve things in your life or business but you stay up at night worried about expenses, or not having enough time or wonder if it'll all work out the way you want it to, this episode is for you.

Scarcity is something that shows up in many different ways in our lives. It can pop up in time, money, love and your job. This concept can hinder us and hold us back. After speaking with many of my clients about their mindsets I wanted to talk about how focusing on the wrong thing, that there isn't enough of something whether it be time or money, will only prove that there isn't. What we focus on is what we receive.

In this episode you'll learn how to stop living out of scarcity and start practicing an abundance mindset. To know that you have a choice in how you want to look at life and that there are so many possibilities out there for you. It's time to break the cycle of scarcity and tune into the life you deserve with plenty of time and money.

3 Lessons From a Difficult Year

3 Lessons From a Difficult Year

In order to move into the New Year, I took a look back at one of the most difficult years, 2022. And realized there are 3 important lessons I learned. Sadly, we lost my father-in-law during the summer. This left a big hole and guilt as he had asked if we could visit him one last time before her died. We hadn't been able to visit since COVID and unfortunately, we weren't able to make it. After many years of not being sure if we should stay  living on the east coast, I decided to move my family within 57 days across country. One of the main reasons to move west is because my father's health started to deteriorate significantly. Through all of that, my business continued to grow. My children love their new environment and it's great being closer to my parents. But to get to this point, I took away three lessons. 1- You always have the answers inside you. 2- Any excuses you have are just Fear. 3-  It's ok to ask for help.
