In our third message drawing from Malachi we explore God's call to faithfulness to him. God is abounding in steadfast love, he wants more than anything to walk with us in life. But if we are to receive God's faithfulness towards us, God calls us to live  lives devoted to him. We cannot be complacent towards God and expect God to come to our rescue. This is not the life of faith. This attitude wearies God.  

Inherent in the role of a pastor, is the challenge not to compromise God’s message for the sake of keeping the church congregation happy. Especially when the congregation financially contributes to the wage of the pastor. Malachi speaks to the heart of a pastor, calling pastors to stay true to God’s call.
