The Adani Group has faced a significant crisis since allegations of accounting fraud and stock price manipulation were levied against it. अडाणी ग्रुप की अब तीन कंपनियों को नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NSE) ने शॉर्ट-टर्म एडिशनल सर्विलांस मेजर्स (ASM) फ्रेमवर्क में डाल दिया है। NSE के सर्कुलर के मुताबिक, अडाणी एंटरप्राइजेज, अडाणी पावर और अडाणी विल्मर को शॉर्ट-टर्म ASM फ्रेमवर्क में रखा गया है। 

अडानी ग्रुप के शेयरों (Adani Group Shares) में बिकवाली का दौर जारी है, अडानी समूह के शेयर जैसे अछूत हो गए हों. कोई उन्हें हाथ लगाने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। अडानी समुक के शेयर अब तक हर रोज लोअर सर्किट छु रहे हैं। हफ्ते के आखिरी कारोबारी दिन भी अडानी के अधिकतर शेयरों में भारी बिकवाली दिख रही है। इससे देश की सबसे बड़ी इंश्योरेंस कंपनी एलआईसी (LIC) को भारी नुकसान हो रहा है। एलआईसी ने अडानी ग्रुप के शेयरों में काफी पैसा लगाया हुआ है। 

अमेरिकी रिसर्च फर्म हिंजनबर्ग (Hindenburg) की रिपोर्ट ने ऐसी खलबली मचाई कि अडानी (Adani) उठ नहीं पा रहे हैं। इस रिपोर्ट के कारण अडानी ग्रुप की मुश्किलें जो शुरू हुई, अब तक वो खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। 22 फरवरी को भी गौतम अडानी के अधिकांश शेयर दवाब में देखने को मिल रहे हैं

"Shares of Gautam Adani’s businesses plunged further on Thursday after an attempt by the Indian billionaire to reassure panicking investors failed to halt a stock market meltdown that has wiped $100 billion off the value of his conglomerate. S&P Dow Jones Indices said it would remove Adani Enterprises from widely used sustainability indices, effective February 7, 2023. In a note, S&P said Adani Enterprises would be removed from the indices. The news comes a day after the National Stock Exchange (NSE) put three Adani stocks -- Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, and Ambuja Cements -- under the additional surveillance measure (ASM) framework from February 3, 2023. Investors will have to pay 50% or existing margin, whichever is higher, subject to cap of 100%, the exchange said. The unprecedented crash in the value of Adani Group shares started when an American short seller, Hindenburg Research, accused the conglomerate of fraud and manipulating stock markets.

पश्चिम बंगाल के कानून मंत्री मोलॉय घटक के आसनसोल आवास पर सीबीआई की छापेमारी की जा रही है। इसके अलावा सीबीआई ने मोलॉय घटक से संबंधित राजधानी कोलकाता में 5 अन्य जगहों पर भी छापेमारी जारी है। इस तरह से पश्चिम बंगाल में कोल घोटाले को लेकर कुल 6 जगहों पर छापेमारी की जा रही है। ये छापेमारी 2020 में करोड़ो रुपये के कोयला घोटाले को लेकर की जा रही है जिसके खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई गई थी। जुलाई में सीबीआई ने बंगाल कोयला तस्करी के मामले में 41 लोगों के खिलाफ अपना आरोप पत्र दायर किया था।
