Wie kommen wir auf so eine steile These? Das Bundesministerium der Justiz hat eine Studie zu den Ursachen des Rückgangs der Eingangszahlen bei den Zivilgerichten durchgeführt. Im Abschlussbericht heißt es bei den aufgeführten Gründen zum Rückgang der eingereichten Klagen u.a., es werde zunehmend eine Entfremdung und Skepsis zwischen Anwaltschaft und Richterschaft wahrgenommen, insbesondere werfe man sich gegenseitig fehlende professionelle Prozessvorbereitung vor. Diese Äußerungen sollen gleichermaßen von Richtern und Anwälten stammen.
