Episode 72 - Big Little Lies, The Chef Show, Good Omens, When They See Us, and Chasing Happiness

Ladies and gentlemen of the Heroes of Noise Community:

    Welcome to Episode 72!

This week we start out with Steve's plans for a new studio. We then send many thanks to our listeners who helped us reach 14,000 downloads this past week. While this is certainly not a massive number compared to other podcasts out there, this is HUGE to us. We also give some shout-outs to the other podcasts that have been super supportive of our show. In other news, there's a Patreon page coming and we discuss a possible benefit that we'll give out to certain tiers (but more on that later).

Before we get into what we've been watching this past week we discuss the phenomenon of country rap and whether this is a new thing or simply a fad.

    What we're watching:

Dan has seen the first episode of  Big Little Lies Season 2   (HBO) , The Chef Show (Netflix), Good Omens (Amazon Prime), and When They See Us (Netflix).

We then get down to the main event which just so happens to be The Amazon Original Chasing Happiness, a Jonas Brothers Documentary. TBH neither one of us thought we'd have the feelings we got from this film and we get into that.

That's the show for this week. You may notice it's a few minutes shorter, but fret not. It's just how this particular episode worked out.

We hope you enjoy Episode 72 and if you do, tell someone about it. Also, a reminder that we now have the Heroes of Noise Podcast Community Facebook group and we want you to be a part of it. You can join by clicking the link below. We hope we see you there soon.

    Enjoy! 🤘🏽✊🏾

110 - Crowley vs. Crowley (feat. Brad Bultman)

110 - Crowley vs. Crowley (feat. Brad Bultman)

God only knows why Ned Flanders has the most sought-after soul this side of Springfield, but Hell aims to find out why. Not one but two Crowleys, both demonic masters of temptation, have been sent to make Flanders a deal, but a man can only really sell his soul once. Will Supernatural's Crowley meet Ned at a crossroads and make him a deal no double-widower could refuse? Or will Good Omen's Crowley masterfully orchestrate all of Springfield's worst citizens into the perfect corrupting force against poor pious Ned?

Miles reminds us of the Beginning; MeganBob gets real about Sam and Dean Winchester; Dan threatens torture; and Brad Bultman returns to tell you to give up on your dreams of being on Ninja Warrior.
