His company has experienced great success, going from a team of 1-2 people to where he is now with nearly 100 employees, including virtual and local staff. 

Jaime is changing the culture from “virtual assistants” to “virtual professionals” by providing highly-skilled professionals in Latin America the opportunity to connect with businesses worldwide. There, he pushed his visual facilitation skills and also transferred the processes to the virtual environment where he discovered the great possibilities within virtual events and workshops. This journey has led to a successful Master's Thesis in the discipline of collaborative sensemaking and to a lot of new business in remotely facilitated events.
