Fortunate to steal an hour with one of the most talented Welsh players to have played the game. A man who's skill and ability to play where needed was immense, but maybe hindered an 81 cap test career

Loved the honesty, his outlook not only on playing, but life, the clubs he represented, the silverware won, and his decision to retire on his terms. He's becoming a respected coach in his own right, and a top selling Author too, with his series of books 'Chasing a Rugby Dream'

Loved this. A promising career at the Ospreys with approx 80 caps, & talks of a Welsh call up, all stopped by repeated concussions, affecting Ben's everyday life.

Fast forward a few years & he is carving out a new career in Rugby, with @therugbytrainer on Instagram - Funny, insightful & engaging content for any rugby player who wants to get better!

There's a good few life lessons in here, that's for sure!

Very funny catch up. Aled has been there and done it. Playing in the Top Leagues across 3 countries, with a career spanning some of the biggest clubs in Rugby,. We chat about the 4 regions, 7s, his time in France and England (Including his first day at Biarritz ;)), making the wrong decisions but also making peace with them, his Wales Career, and much more. 

Funny. Down to earth. Good choice in Italian Restaurants.

Loved catching up with Sam - Says it how it is, no bullshit, and a funny bloke. Ospreys, Olympic Silver medalist, over 100 Wales 7s tournaments including a stint of being captain, and a few Wales caps - Sam has had a whirlwind career so far, with many highs and lows. 

Great to see his personality come through, a passion for not only being the best player he can be, but also keeping his feet on the ground when things have gone well. This coupled with taking the losses in his stride too, means his outlook on life is pretty good.

Loved catching up with my old pal Lee Byrne. His positivity and desire to win, despite having some setbacks in life, is inspiring, and I love he's giving back now with his work around Dyslexia, post Rugby.

Lovely catching up with Al - Brilliant Yoga teacher, teaching her own form of Yogability - Yoga and Body Weight Mobility. Combining that with playing for Wales, Wales 7s, and opening her own Yoga hub, she's a pretty busy gal, and always working hard. However, you will only ever see her smiling!
