V tomto díle LOOPY navážeme na společnou sérii s Vodafone ČR, ve které rozbebíráme diverzitu a inkluzi na pracovišti, coby důležitou součást ESG témat. A dneska navážeme povídáním o flexibilitě pracovních úvazků. Do Cirkulárního studia za mnou dorazila Zdenka Studená, zakladatelka FLEXJOBS.CZ. Chápu, že na první pohled úplně nevidíte spojitost s udržitelností - ano, cirkulární ekonomiku dneska rozebírat nebudeme. Ale vydržte to s námi - po flexibilitě totiž přijde další téma, pomoc obětem domácího násilí. A já věřím, že až si poslechnete všechny čtyři díly této minisérie, začne vám to do sebe zapadat, podobně jako mně, když jsme ji natáčeli. Určitý pocit bezpečí na pracovišti - a teď nemluvím o ochranných pomůckách - je totiž ohromně důležitý pro zdraví firmy a i o tom je celé ESG a udržitelnost podnikání. A navíc tato témata mají obrovský společenský přesah.

When creating part time, those juices are flowing! No pressure. All passion. When creating full time, you have to wrangle your ever allusive, ambiguous creativity on a deadline. Its completely different... and I didn't know. Creativity ebbs and flows... work with it or you'll be in a world of hurt.

Part 2 of this first ever process episode was recorded in December of 2021. I openly shared my journey from giving anesthesia full time to part time. Because we are a close knit community of CAAs, students and other anesthesia providers, I feel safe speaking candidly about the money, what quitting really looks like and my 3 key takeaways. I hope this is helpful and expansive to any CAA out there who wants to make a big change in their career but needs some encouragement to do so.
