    Another Mistake

    Another Mistake
Another HR mistake with my former employer! On Thursday, August 22, 2019, I received an email from the Human Resource Director about the 401k Plan 2018 Summary Annual Report with 3-PDF files. Being a person focused on detail, I first noticed the email sent to over 51 current and past employees. The email is showing each person’s Personal address. The email addresses can be up for negotiation with a 3rd party vendor. | You can read more of the story and view the email on “Brown Crayon in the Workplace” blog at ► https://bit.ly/30yBEl7

    Confidentiality Agreement
I will never forget on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, my last day of working in the office, after arriving early morning the co-executor was asking me for the office keys and building entry card. On the same day, the Director of HR scheduled an exit interview with me.

    Workplace-Racism

    Workplace-Racism
Workplace racism is on the rise – we need action, not lip service. As society evolves and outright racism becomes socially unacceptable, it’s more subtle and insidious prejudice that remains. It’s more deeply ingrained, and harder to call out – and therefore, in my view, even more dangerous. ❤ KINDLE eBook 📚 Brown Crayon in the Workplace ► https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PHNM8R7
