Episode 130 - Find Me Guilty

The gang reviews Find Me Guilty, a 2006 crime drama starring Vin Diesel in a wig. Based on true events, Jackie D is set up by his mafia family before he is to stand trial in a federal racketeering case. The one thing the court was not ready for is the simple fact that Jackie D don't rat! But can his movie garner a high score? The odds are as stacked against that as much as they were against the real life Jackie D, when he decided to become his own lawyer. All this and more on another exciting episode of the Where to Stick It Podcast.

Cyrano – Peter Dinklage's Song of Solomon

Cyrano – Peter Dinklage's Song of Solomon

We're not singing our thoughts on Cyrano, but we probably should be. That's right, we're reviewing Joe Wright's new musical starring Peter Dinklage and Haley Bennett, who also starred in the stage musical written by Erica Schmidt, who writes the screenplay for this adaption of the 1897 play Cyrano de Bergerac. Later in the show, we also talk about No Exit, a new Hulu thriller...not much else to say there!

CYRANO - Interviews, Joe Wright, Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, Kevin Harrison & movie clips

CYRANO - Interviews, Joe Wright, Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, Kevin Harrison & movie clips

Now streaming on Amazon Prime, we have interviews from the cast of the Joe Wright romantic musical drama CYRANO. We have interviews with Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones) Haley Bennett (The Girl on the Train) Kevin Harrison Jr. (Luce) writer Erica Schmidt and director Joe Wright. We also have movie clips. We also have interviews from the red carpet World Premiere of CYRANO.

Cyrano de Bergerac dazzles everyone with his ferocious wordplay and brilliant swordplay. However, he's convinced his appearance renders him unworthy of the affections of the luminous Roxanne, a devoted friend who's in love with someone else.

Cyrano is a 2021 musical romantic drama film directed by Joe Wright and with a screenplay by Erica Schmidt, based on Schmidt's 2018 stage musical of the same name, itself based on the 1897 Edmond Rostand play Cyrano de Bergerac. The film stars Peter Dinklage, Haley Bennett, Kelvin Harrison Jr., and Ben Mendelsohn.

Peter Dinklage Hates Me and He Hates U2

Peter Dinklage Hates Me and He Hates U2
Illuminations Sing franchise is surprisingly good. I know, I'm as shocked as you are! Bono plays a major character in the movie and this made Reese take a stroll down musical memory lane. And we join him...kicking and screaming. We discuss Bono, U2, the bands blatant Christianity that has been seemingly ignored, and how people have seemingly forgot that U2 is one of the biggest rock bands of all time! Also Peter Dinklage was in the news recently. On a Podcast episode Dinklage condemned the new Snow White movie that Disney is making. Were his comments well received? Yes and no... The Shit House Productions Interview with Ben and Derek Johnson

On this episode we may have lost our minds as we talk with the Shit House Productions guys Ben and Derek Johnson (not related) who are absolutely hysterical and had us cracking up before the interview even took off. They talk about their film in production, Curse of the Weredeer, as well as their previous work with Llyodd Kaufman and Troma. Aside from being hilarious, there's a great take home message about taking risks and not holding yourself back. If you are easily offended, you may want to skip this one, but for everyone else, brace yourself...

    Underdog (2007)

    Underdog (2007)

There's no need to fear, Underdog is here (to remind you that yes, this movie exists).  A live-action remake of the classic cartoon is a strange entry into the superhero canon, but there's at least some fun to be had.

Underdog is episode 28 of Superhero Century, where we are watching every superhero movie in chronological order.

In the season 1 finale, host Annabel McConnachie takes on the first half of critically acclaimed black comedy thriller 'I Care a Lot', starring Golden Globe winner Rosamund Pike. Centring around scammer Marla Grayson whose game is falsely taking guardianship over wealthy elders and absolutely  bleeding them dry, drama ensues when her most recent target just so happens to be the mother of a crime lord.
