We have to be multilingual. It's comfortable to only speak in our preferred communication style. We must step beyond our comfort zone to strengthen and improve our relationships.

It takes work, effort, and energy. Whether professional or personal, we need relationships. One word that comes to mind when I think of relationship building… Care. Make the relationship a priority.
