This week on TMR, Steve inadvertently reveals his creepy, gross fetish for ballerina feet, for which we mercilessly judge him, and Ryan struggles to stay awake through the 1925 silent classic "Phantom of the Opera."  The guys talk about the Phantom's penchant for date-rapey interior decor, the unfortunate renaissance of hipster mustaches, and did we mention Steve has a fetish for ballerina feet?

    Purple FTW! Podcast - Week 16 - Vikings-Dolphins Recap - Serial Vikings

One Story. Of a young and not ready for prime time team. Told one week at a time. This is Serial Vikings.

Our Minnesota Fightin' Vikings fell 37-35 to the Dolphins Sunday afternoon at half-full Sun Life Stadium.

Mental errors, loss of composure, offensive line failures, and defensive collapses highlighted a disappointing loss as the Vikings fall to 6-9 in Zimmer & Teddy's inaugural season.

The refereeing was atrocious, yes, but a good team is able to overcome that spot. The Vikings didn't Sunday. Hopefully someday they will.

    C*** Punt-Blocked Talking Points Include:
    • WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED
    • The Weekly Referendum on Teddy Bridgewater
    • Offensive Line. Woof

Oscar Hazell (@OscarHazell) of Fin Depth joins us to preview Vikings @ Dolphins.

The Vikings (6-8) have a worse record than the Dolphins (7-7), but it feels like our squad has a much brighter future as anyone and everyone might be washed out in Miami come the end of the season.

We'll see if Teddy can build on his already impressive rookie résumé as he heads to Miami for a hometown homecoming.

Why do women like to talk more than men?  What is "relationship talk"? Are relationships more important to women than men?  These are just some of the questions that we tackle in this episode of the LoveCast.

This show is all about communication.  Men and women differ greatly how they talk about the relationship with their partner.  Women are excited to talk.  Men automatically assume that there is a problem.  We need to understand that men and women approach problems differently and have different styles of how to work things out.  Both men and women should be rewarded for what they say and do.  Talk is therapuetic.

Learn how to communicate during high stress times such as when planning a wedding.  Find out the key things to remember when you are in those stressful times to help keep the relationship healthy.  We have the answers to better understand why talk helps you connect, feel better and build intimacy.

Bridal Scene show #16 with hosts Holli Ehrlich and Robert Allen
This Bridal Scene is a wonderful variety of entertaining guests, music and news in the world of weddings.

We visited the New York International Gift Fair, and looked for new products in the bridal market.  We speak with Robin Kramer, Director of Sales, from Dogeared Jewels & Gifts.  Dogeared's designer Marcia Maizel-Clarke recognized the need for jewelry that speaks, and created the original word jewelry and charms.  The products at this company capture the magic of words, symbols, wishes and dreams. We think that their necklaces would make a great gift for bridesmaids and the flower girl.

You've got questions....Jessica has the answers.  Jessica Liebeskind, make-up artist and lifestyle beauty expert, shares some great ideas on putting together a Bridal Beauty emergency kit for your guests.  She tells us what it is, where to put it and most important terrific suggestions on what to put in it.  Jessica to the rescue.

Ready to be entertained?  Wedding Podcast Network is proud to introduce Planet Bride, an original WPN program, hosted by brother and sister fashion team, Michelle Roth & Henry Roth.  Fantasy?  Fiasco?  Reality?  Listen to a small clip of something like you've never heard before.  You will be able to hear the premier episode later this week.  It's not to be missed!

Uncle Seth is a great band Robert met at PodCamp in Boston, MA.  Uncle Seth  is a "mix of pop, rock, acoustic folk, twisty grooves, tender ballads, and pretty melodies topped off by rousing vocals".  Tara Thompson-Lead vocals & trumpet, Jeff Jones-Guitar, Jay Moonah-Bass & Harmonica, Chris Patheiger-Percussion& Drums.  The first song we play is called "A Little Bit More".  As we close the show we play a song called "I Don't Need an Ipod", lyrics written by John Havens, podcasting expert at About.com.  To see the music video click here.  It's a lot of fun.

We answer a listener email asking if you really need to spend two months salary on an engagement ring. Jewelry designer, Amy L. Levine, gives expert advice about how to best handle this and still be happy with your decision.

Hosts, Robert & Holli, discuss solving family problems while planning a wedding and still have the wedding that you want.  Through it all, don't forget why you and your spouse are marrying.  Your love for each other and desire to make a life long commitment is the most important factor in the wedding plan.

We play a new piece of podsafe music called Tonight by Manons Dream.  Great first dance as husband and wife.

Our featured guest on the show is Lori Harris, Certified Astrologer.  Lori takes us through the Zodiac and discusses traits of each sign, especially with regard to love and relationships.  She shares with us how some cultures really depend upon the reading of astrological charts prior to marriage and in turn there is a much lower divorce rate.  Lori's services include chart analysis, tarot and numerology.   She is available for individual and group readings. This would be great fun to have at your bridal shower or wedding.
