And the conversation continues with Coach Sanjay and Coach Russell Adell.  Parents sometimes think their child is a better athlete than he really is and may disagree with the Coaches game calls or playing time.  What should they do?  How will it affect the player?  Both coaches talk about parent involvement and the appropriate ways to approach a coach.  We also discuss kicking players off the team and when and why separating ways might be in the best interest of the team.
