We look at how fully integrated communications (phone, text and email) has helped them elevate their customer service, and we dive into how they use Podio as a Content Management System (CMS) for their restaurant websites, allowing them to keep up-to-the-minute menus and quickly make adjustments to menus, ingredients, staff tasks....you name it!
