    Black and Blue

    Black and Blue
    - Feeling black and blue is about feeling a little beat up over the last week.  It's also about supporting issues related to race and supporting the law enforcement community. We can do both.  In this episode, Cyndi addresses how our brain is being impacted and our flight and fight engaged, supporting officers and their spouses, education, empathy, and self-care.

Get Educated About Black Lives Matter

Get Educated About Black Lives Matter

This episode the the longest episode Autumn has ever done. It is over 2 hours long. This is a conversation with 2 black police officers, a black police spouse, a black military spouse, a white police officer and a white dispatcher (as well as Autumn). This comes directly from the Next Level Mastermind as it was the coaching call they had.

It became so much more then just a coaching call and everyone on the call felt like more people needed to be apart of the conversation. For Autumn, she just wants first responders as a culture to be informed. You'll hear why.
