Host Andrea Kremer takes us back to 2000 when NFL Films Steve Sabol interviewed Hall of Famer Michael Irvin just months after the 3x Super Bowl Champion retired.  Irvin started with the difficulty of playing in the NFC East every year and how one of his conversations with John Madden resulted in several rule changes.  Steve asks about Irvin's relationship with his teammates and the several coaches that he played for in the tough years when the Cowboys struggled. Irvin doesn't shy away from some of the low points of his career discussing brushes with the law and his 1996 arrest and trial. Steve wraps up with the many life lessons that Irvin learned from playing the game of football.

A question answered: what didn’t Fritz Pollard accomplish? Not only did Pollard fight racial prejudice during his life but was a great football player in the Ohio League and helped pioneer what would become the National Football League. Pollard’s intelligence, winning personality, and all-around skill made him a Hall of Famer and the NFL’s first black coach. More than an athlete, he excelled organizing barnstorming teams, booking great black entertainers, starting a coal heating company, and launching a newspaper.

Tonight, over 20 years after concluding what many already knew at the time was a Canton-worthy career, our own LeRoy Butler has FINALLY been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Over the course of his 12 years in the NFL, LeRoy became a four-time first-team All-Pro, a six-time Pro Bowler, a Super Bowl Champion, and was named a member of both the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team and into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. Now, he'll have a bust alongside all the other legends of the game!

Charley Trippi, an all-around athlete from Pennsylvania coal country, fulfilled a promise to enroll at the University of Georgia and leads his Bulldogs to a Rose Bowl victory and national championship before making the College Hall of Fame. After World War II, Trippi had the opportunity to become both a Yankee football HB and a Yankee baseball outfielder, but he again fulfilled a promise and became a Pro Football Hall of Famer with the NFL Chicago Cardinals.

Former NFL star linebacker & CBS Sports analyst London Fletcher joins Adam Schein to talk about his case for the Pro Football Hall of Fame, his incredible career, and the second half of the NFL season.
