On this episode of Mahakatha, host Preeti delves into the importance of being soothed and calmed during times of pain and shock. She emphasizes that being soothed is the first and most fundamental need before healing can take place. Preeti highlights the lasting impact of receiving soothing, as it influences how one responds to future wounds and the way they comfort others. In today's day and age, Preeti stresses the importance of learning how to self-soothe. She mentions that everyone finds different things soothing, such as reading, listening to music, or spending time in nature. Preeti advises the listeners to talk to themselves with words of kindness and reassurance, reminiscent of childhood memories. She recommends telling oneself that everything is going to be okay. Preeti introduces the Buddhist mantra Tayata Om as one of the best mantras for calming and soothing the soul. She shares comments from listeners who describe the mantra as healing, relaxing, nurturing, and loving. It has helped them through their darkest days, providing anxiety relief and soothing their pain. The episode concludes with a promise of a new episode on a different topic. Preeti encourages the listener to practice self-soothing regularly and offers a 30% discount on Tayata Om Mantra. She acknowledges that healing oneself is a complex topic, but believes that while not all wounds can be fully healed alone, we can always find ways to soothe them. Preeti assures the listener that they are not alone in their healing journey and encourages them to be brave. She introduces herself as part of Mahakatha's Meditation Mantras and expresses gratitude for the listener's connection to the mantra. Remembering the mantra "Etadapi Gamishyati," meaning "this too shall pass," Preeti suggests self-soothing by sitting back, listening to a mantra, and paying attention to the sounds. She acknowledges that seeking comfort is inherent in human nature, even if the comforter cannot fully heal the pain. Preeti concludes by expressing gratitude for the quality content related to the mantra and its profound impact on personal healing journeys.

Letters From Heaven (Revelation) No.22- Trumpets of Judgement Part 2

Letters From Heaven (Revelation) No.22- Trumpets of Judgement Part 2
How do you feel about some of the insects we have in FL? Massive flying cockroaches, horse flies, prehistoric moths? Deep woods mosquitoes, hornet’s nests, I hate them, I run from them always, and if they are swarming? Child please! If anything, bigger than a small raisin flies around my head, I want to be out of that general area or I want it dead! Last week doing yardwork a massive bug chased me, w/the speed of an Olympian I dashed fully clothed into the pool. I have especially always despised the thought of locusts. Frightening! Flying, leaping, huge, massive swarms! If one landed on me now I would jump off stage, running, waving arms, like some of our Pentecostal brothers & sisters. I can’t even imagine being caught in a swarm! But there is a horrible spiritual reality that isn’t so funny. Today we will learn about the swarm of evil spiritual forces around us, what they’re capable of, and their limits. Also how followers of Jesus should view them, what we should do in response to them, where we go for safety.
