Songs of Ascents, Part 8
Today's message is a continuation by Pastor Marc Sharp of the series looking at 15 Psalms (Psalms 120-134) designated as “Songs of Ascents”. These Psalms are God’s guidebook for right worship in the church. Psalms 127 is the only song attributed to someone other than David. In this case, it’s attributed to King Solomon, his son. The people who originally sang this song were making their way to Jerusalem, and specifically to the Temple, the construction of which was overseen by Solomon.
