Through Gods help they overcome the resistance from those outside Jerusalem who want to see the work fail. Now Nehemiah faces threats from within Jerusalem that would cause the wall not to be completed. God has a plan and gives direction to Nehemiah on how to confront, correct this sinful problem, and inspire the workers to continue the work on the wall.
